The staff was wonderful, and excellent, did not waste my time. Everybody who assisted me that evening were friendly and wonderful! I was so scared that my dog broke his leg, but he didn't thank goodness, the X-ray explained the issue my dog was having. Clear concise diagnosis. Thank you everyone Beaver is doing great!!

They refuse to answer basic questions in the phone forcing you to come in for a $250 visit. No concern for the animal, no asking the vet a question just give us money. And they’re extremely slow so you’ll be sitting in the room for hours. Find another emergency vet that actual cares.

I'd been having my dog seen here through their primary care for the last few months to manage her diabetes and have never had an issue until I had to use their Emergency services. My girl had a seizure at 3pm and I was told I had to pay a $250 emergency fee for them to even see her and that they couldn't offer any advice over the phone like they usually could. When I told them I had no way to bring her in since my husband was at work with our only car, I was told “Sorry, we can’t offer any advice over the phone. Just bring her in when you can.” My dog weighed over 100lbs and was blind, and I'm a small woman, there was zero chance of me being able to get her into a pet Uber, etc had I been able to find one, and I begged anyone I could to give us a ride but no luck. My husband didn't even make it home until close to 8PM. We rushed her in to the clinic right away but 8PM is her usual dinner & insulin dose time, and she was still too nauseous to eat her dinner and take her dose to be able to bring her BG levels down. So she was already now past her regular dose and needed her insulin ASAP. I kept telling everyone at the clinic and nobody seemed to care. My girl needed acute and immediate treatment right away in the form of anti nausea meds so we could get food in her and her insulin dose to bring down her BG levels ASAP. This was her regular clinic so they were aware of her condition in her files but I kept having to explain it all to everyone that came in the room. There was zero sense of urgency from anyone from the moment we stepped through the front doors. And the clinic was empty and quiet the entire time, but somehow we spent nearly 5 hours here and we were constantly left waiting alone for 30-45 minutes to over an hour at a time. It took way too long for any treatment to begin and that was the anti nausea that should have been administered when we got there so we could have gotten her home and given her dinner & insulin, and that was after the techs came in and asked us questions & took vitals, then the Dr came in and asked us the same questions and took the same vitals. Instead of treating her promptly, the Dr just kept trying to push blood work and tests on us that we kept reminding them we couldn't afford that night. There is ZERO reason those couldn't have been scheduled out a couple days and she couldn't have been treated quickly like she needed. They tried to get us multiple times to book her for an overnight stay that we couldn't afford, I told them over and over she needs anti nausea so she can eat and take her insulin dose. But we were left waiting in that room until after midnight. Our girl had another seizure after sitting in that clinic for almost 5 hours and we were left with the options of euthanize her, treat at home with poor prognosis or board her overnight which we couldn't afford, and the state she was in was just horrible by that point. We really truly feel like they held her there for 4+ hours before the Dr finally said he’d be OK with us taking her home and giving her half her insulin dose(why weren't we told this an hour in?!) just so that we’d have no choice but to pay their overnight hospital fee. And if not, that is certainly how they made it feel. My husband and I feel so let down and failed by this clinic. There was only 1 tech working that night that displayed any sort of compassion or understanding and it was the girl that administered the Sub-Q fluids. She was so loving towards my sweet girl in her final hours and I wish I could thank her. We paid almost 1k for almost 5 hour “emergency” visit that should have taken an hour, and then we walked out without our girl.

I was able to get an appointment right away for Rosie's shots and nail trimming. They were able to do that without her fighting like she does with me.
