Did not get good care from these people, they don’t seem to really care about you or your animals just your money. Have had two different instances where they were supposed to follow up about something and they never did. Also for a first time visit they didn’t do a full checkup like they should’ve.

My mom and I brought her cat, Abbe, to Augusta Ranch Animal Hospital after she suddenly lost the use of her hind legs. We learned that she had suffered a blood clot, and it was one of the most stressful mornings we've ever experienced. The entire staff was absolutely amazing. I wish I could remember everyone's names because every single person treated us with such kindness, compassion, and professionalism. They took the time to explain everything clearly, which meant so much during such an emotional and overwhelming situation. They quickly referred us to another animal hospital and even called ahead so they would be ready for us. When we arrived, they took Abbe back immediately to begin testing. Sadly, after learning about her condition and prognosis, we had to make the heartbreaking decision to let Abbe go. There simply wasn't a guarantee that she would have a chance at recovery, and it was one of the hardest decisions we've ever had to make. Thank you to everyone at Augusta Ranch Animal Hospital for your caring hearts, compassion, and the exceptional care you gave both Abbe, my mom, and I during such a difficult time. We will always be grateful.

Augusta Ranch Animal Hospital did an amazing job with our feral, now indoor cat! We had a stray that we fed, and wanted to bring her in as our own. I called Augusta Ranch and asked over the phone if they handle feral cats, they said yes so we booked an appointment. We had 3 total visits with them for necessary vaccinations. The staff was incredibly kind, patient, and very accommodating for a feral kitty! They prescribed Gabapentin for her second and third visits and that helped very much. Staff are quick, knowledgeable, and made us feel at ease. Dr. Hawley was helpful in answering our questions about transitioning a stray as a strict indoor cat. My only complaint is pricing, spent $300+ total for three visits. That is the reasoning for 4/5 stars.
