I highly recommend this vet. Amazing location with a wonderful staff. They are always transparent with everything and super caring, the staff always talks about how much they love my dog Nugget.

I took my dog here tests were done,pain meds were given, the X-ray tech extra x-rays without my consent costing another 200$ on top of it being over 300$! Super not ok and not happy every time I call there isn't a Dr available there all on PTO it it seems, they have not been in contact with my pet insurance so I can start the process of get some of our $$ back as we are broke broke now AND I called today asking if I could give him more pain meds as he was yelping/screaming in pain again 3 times today, someone was to call me back asap well no shock no one called me! I'm very upset with the service I'm getting and how we are being treated our pet insurance is a priority our pet IS A PRIORITY and no call backs & doing tests without my concerns costing me more money absolutely insane! Something needs to change quickly or I'm going to go to the higher ups & complain about the service getting here and doing tests without asking and not calling back leaving my dog in pain and not help with our pet insurance on calling them back so we can start to get some $ back after all we spent including tests we didnt agree too! And for charged for!
