Staff s very nice as long as long as they have been around you would think they would have a better system for getting you checked in for a neuter appt. I understand the first come first serve on the shots but I waited an hour and 45 minutes to get my dogs checked in with an appt. They were very helpful, kind and inexpensive though.

everyone should be weary of this place. This is the third issue I've had my cat is unresponsive and is not responding to anything I do. They're willing to help again, but I've had too many problems and I'm not willing to go back. There Can always be complications But there are too many incidents for one family that I am not willing to go back I only say this because this is the third time it's happened and I'm not willing to go through any more death

I've called and left voicemails, and no call backs off and on for a whole month. Just like the other Spay/Neuter location. What's going on?

I was very disappointed with our experience. We were asked multiple times when scheduling and on the intake paperwork whether our dog had already received his rabies vaccine. We clearly answered that he had. Despite that, the clinic gave him another rabies vaccine and charged us for it. When I questioned it, I was told they must have “mixed him up with another dog with the same name.” I also declined the optional neuter tattoo when they asked, but my dog was tattooed anyway. Mistakes happen, but giving unnecessary treatment, performing a procedure I specifically declined, and admitting they mixed up my dog with another patient is very concerning.
