I was in Mesa for a funeral and my dog started having what appeared to be a seizure so I found the nearest ER for dogs. The staff were wonderful considering I was crying my eyes out thinking my dog was dying. They got me in immediately and diagnosed her situation which was scary but not deadly. They didn't even charge me for the visit. If I lived any where close to this location I would have them take care of my fur baby any time. Highly recommend. Thank you!!!!

Wow. Where to begin? This place is very impressive. The whole experience from the initial phone call, to the intake process, to the discharge process was handled in a polite and caring fashion. Colt was our vet tech and he had such a wonderful calm demeanor. What stood out to me was how he listened and interacted with us. He displayed compassion and kindness with every interaction. That set the stage for Dr. Ulrich. He really sealed the deal for us. He was so enthusiastic about taking care of Momo (not sure what other word to use for it). He brought this great energy to the encounter that made my wife feel like he really wanted to treat our dog. He also demonstrated incredible listening skills that put my wife and I at ease. He quickly identified our level of understanding (we work in healthcare) and was able to skillfully explain plans of care to us and even compare veterinary medicine with human medicine in ways that helped us understand every aspect of Momo's care. He involved us in the treatment decisions and ultimately came up with a fantastic plan of care. Momo is already improving and getting back to his normal self. The whole experience setup a relationship built on trust and I would absolutely call them first for any of my emergency vet needs.
